1. Booking and Appointments

All bookings are automatically confirmed through our booking system. The Beauty Corner reserves the right to decline any booking that doesn't meet our policies.

A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delays for other clients, but the full service fee will still apply.

All new clients must arrive with clean, bare nails unless we've agreed otherwise in advance.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must give at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the full service fee becomes due and must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

If you don't show up for your appointment without notice, the full service fee is due immediately. No further appointments will be accepted until this is paid.

3. Payment

Payment is due at the end of your appointment.

We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers.

All prices quoted include the full cost of the service. Any additional treatments will be charged separately.

4. Service Quality and Aftercare

We do not offer refunds for completed services. If you experience any issues within the first 3 days after your appointment, we'll provide a free repair service.

Any issues reported after 3 days will be charged at our standard rates.

Following aftercare advice is essential for the health and longevity of your nail service. This includes wearing gloves for washing up, cleaning and gardening, applying cuticle oil daily, and not using your nails as tools.

The Beauty Corner cannot be held responsible for premature service breakdown resulting from failure to follow the aftercare advice provided.

5. Consultation and Health

Some services require you to complete a consultation form before your appointment. This helps us provide safe and suitable treatments.

Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that might affect your treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments if we believe they may cause harm or are unsuitable for you.

6. Your Information

We handle all client data in compliance with GDPR regulations.

Your personal information is kept secure and will only be used for booking management, appointment reminders, and service delivery.

We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. General Terms

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Current terms will always be available during the booking process.
